Default Ooops!!!

Oooops!! I had sex today. Doctor said said to wait at least three weeks with NO sex and then use condoms until my next period. Ooops...it's been a week and a half....and no condom. So, how bad is that?

The main reasons for no sex is infection, and to avoid pregnancy (if your doctor feels that is best)

Mine only ordered me no sex until my follow-up appt to recheck my hcg levels. Once they were down to zero I was cleared to go ahead and continue TTC. it really depends on the doc etc.

It isn't "bad" persay but be cautious about what is going on down there. the last thing you want is a bad infection. If you start to hurt or anything then be seen to be on the safe side!

hmmm, well the risk of infection is so great after a d&c, I would just wonder about that. I wouldn't worry about pregnancy or chances of it at this point. Sometimes it takes a while for our bodies to get back on track after a m/c....I would call your doc to see what he/she thinks. That is why they tell you no tampons, etc....you certainly don't want to add infection to your list of woes right now!
