Have you talked to your doctor about the rashes? Is it possible you're allergic to Yaz or something in it?
I really like Yasmin, but like Yaz, it also contains DRSP for the progesterone component. Both Yaz and Yasmin have the same estrogen component but Yaz has 20 micrograms while Yasmin has 30 micrograms.
Allese is a newer (been out for a few years) BCP, and newer BCPs are less likely to aggervate PCOS symptoms. That's just one that came to mind. As far as I know it doesn't really have any antiandrogenic properties though.
