Default Opinions on BC?

I am currently taking Yaz, but thinking about switching. To give you a little background, I was diagnosed with PCOS in October as well as PMDD. That's the reason the doctor recommended Yaz. I didn't have any problems the first few months, but now I have noticed that I am breaking out in rashes and I get really bad headaches closer to my period. So my question is, what kind of birth control should I consider? I want something that will help my PCOS.

Thanks!

Have you talked to your doctor about the rashes? Is it possible you're allergic to Yaz or something in it?

I really like Yasmin, but like Yaz, it also contains DRSP for the progesterone component. Both Yaz and Yasmin have the same estrogen component but Yaz has 20 micrograms while Yasmin has 30 micrograms.

Allese is a newer (been out for a few years) BCP, and newer BCPs are less likely to aggervate PCOS symptoms. That's just one that came to mind. As far as I know it doesn't really have any antiandrogenic properties though.
