I live in Yellowknife Northwest Territories where in the winter we have virtual 24 hour darkness.


So I am kinda suffering from sun deprevation, do you think something like in the link would help out at all???? They sell this at my local wal-mart and I was thinking of picking one up today.

Just need some opinions. It costs around 60 bucks!



AHHHHHHH I can't wait until summer, till we have 24 hour sunlight.


I am also going to Canadian tire tonight to buy some full spectrum bulbs for my kitchen and living room.


I also have a dr's appointment to get back on some anxiety meds

I'm not sure about that product but I bought the full spectrum lights and put them in my house....their nice!! I'm also using St. John's wart for depression which seems to be working!! I have seasonal depression myself. I moved from Upstate NY to Ohio, don't know why Ohio has affected me so bad...basically the same weather, however I think its a bit darker here more. Not sure though.
