Jen - I'm so sorry for your loss. {{{{HUGS}}}}
Yes, you will get a +opk if you still have pg hormone in your system. That happened to me - I had stopped my meds (chemical pg), bled and started a new cycle. We were going to see if I ovulated on my own that cycle and try to do an IUI if I did. I had a u/s done, everything looked good. Started using opks on CD10 and got a glaring positive. I called my dr. and he set up a u/s - absolutely no evidence of ovary action at all. After I went home, I remembered the hcg hormone can make opks positive, so I took a hpt and it was positive. Apparantly I hadn't had a completed m/c (we had transferred 2 embryos, so it could have been one of them and I did m/c the other, kwim?). Anyway, my numbers weren't great and were going down, and we did a d&e. It took about 4 weeks for my numbers to hit 0, and they weren't very high.
Anyway, I guess it could be either one - either you're ovulating or it's still hcg in your system. You should know more tomorrow with your doctor. Good luck!!
