Question opk question same as ttc board (child ment)

OK I am currently cd58! and have been getting ppaf since feb. on my own yeah! but this cycle is turning out to be longer than the last (last one 58 days) well a couple of months ago I tried opk and was always negative with only one line no surge line...SOo anyway yesterday I had ewcm so i tried opk and got two lines but both were faint but surge was a tad bit lighter, waited and took another today and again two lines but surge is lighter than control (neither is too dark but control is darker today..probably because I waited 4 hours between toilet runs)...OK
So I know this could mean a couple of things...my lh is high again (it was high about 4 years ago)so I will always get two lines, but could this happen in a span of a few months?
-or I am getting ready to O?
-or I am pregnant(yeah I doubt this one very highly
I would like some insight or btdt advice on what to think
I am currently taking epo,vitex,rrl,red clover,royal jelly
TIA

~Leena
p.s. I thought the herbs were supposed to help regulate me all that has happened is longer cycles and now maybe even high lh!

Hi Leena,
if I was you, I would stop the vitex for a while and try a different herb. The reason I say this (and dont get me wrong - I love herbs) is that vitex can increase LH in some people. It works wonderfully for a lot of people due to its normalising and progestrogenic effect, but it is also known to increase LH, so in some people, it may not be the best herb to use.
Vitex is a strong hormone normaliser, hence it has worked for so many women, but every one is different and if you have noticed things not getting better, and think your LH could be higher,(which it quite possibly is) try something else.
There are lots of great herbs out there, which can help lower your LH, and may stimulate ovulation.
pm me if you want some more info on it.
On the other hand - maybe it was a o!!!!!
good luck either way
