I haven't gotten a peak on the monitor, but Have gotten + OPKs for the past 3 days and still no other sign of O.
Do you think I could be getting false + OOPKs even on Femara?

to update you, I also got all negatives this month and I O'd. Stupid OPKS!

Yep, OPKs can be falsely positive in PCOSers b/c many of us have an increased LH, and this is the hormone that OPKs test for. I have random LH surges throughout the cycle, even if I don't ovulate.
