Ortho-cyclen side effect?

I just started Ortho-cyclen 3 weeks ago and I started noticing that I was getting circles on my skin. They are very faint, almost resemble my skin color and some have a dry feeling to them like when a pimple is clearing out. They appeared on my chest first and then I noticed them on my arms and even on my legs?

I called my Dr. and she didn't feel it was a reaction to the bcp. She asked if I had recently tried someting new such as detergent or body wash, but I haven't. She said to come off the bcp and wait a couple of weeks to see if it clears up. If it didn't she told me to call my family dr. I stopped taking them Saturday and already I feel that they are disappearing....

Just wanting to know if anyone had experienced this side effect with ortho-cyclen or am I just plain weird???

I am not a doc (just a know it all...lol)...but that sounds to me like....ringworm. Not actually a worm but a fungus, its very contagious and you can get it from pets and other people. (Its similar to athletes foot) If you have them allover your body like you say I would see the doctor, cause of the contagious thing. For now I would get a anti-fungal cream like Lortimin to stop them from spreading. Heres a pic of ringworm to compare...
