On Ortho micron and STILL irregular periods?

Ok, i'm comming here first so tha ti don't over react plus I just lost my insurance and i'd like a little advice before i take any big steps and talk to my doctors. Right before christmas i was diagnosed with pcos and was put on Ortho Micron because my blood pressure was high, it was to regulate my periods and also stop conception. I have been on this pill for 4 days shy of two months now. the first month i had some spotting and called my obgyn and my endocrinologyst and they both agreed it was normal and for me to continue the ortho...the thing is while this was happening i stopped taking it for two days then went back on it because they told me to.
i thought was to spot but to my surprise i had a period. i know it was a full period because i had cramps lower back pain and i craved chocolate chip cookies hehe..but i also had more blood than just spotting. now i'm in the fourth day of my last week and i have yet to have gotten my period. i'm not worried about this part yet because i have not yet finished my month. Although usually on birthcontrol I start my period the first couple of days of the last week.
Also one more concern I have Is i've been urinating a lot the past few days adn at first i thought i had a bladder infection but i have a constant feeling of having to go then when i do only a little bit of urine comes out. but i don't feel any discomfort or any burning just i go a lot and not much comes out. my boyfriend pointed out to me about that being a sign of pregnancy, i'm not saying i think i'm pregnant, although i have heard about women having their periods the first couple of months of pregnancy.
But my question isn't 'do you girls think i could be pregnant' lol no my main question is do you think having a period in the middle of the month and not having one yet is reason enough to call the doctors? usually i wouldn't think twice about it and just call the doctors to make sure everything's ok but with my insurance gone i don't want to make any rash moves. ok well i'm sorry i wrote a book and thanks to anyone who can help me out. i appreciate it a lot.

Hmmm... Well, It takes my body 3 months to get adjusted to any type of BCP. I've been taking Necon 35 for three cycles now and spotted and had breakthrough bleeding for most of the past 3 months and it has stopped. So, your body could be trying to get use to the horomones-or-I guess missing those two days could've messed you up. Girl, I don't know--some people don't have periods on the pill. I guess I'd give it a few days more and see or just go ahead and take an htp so you don't have to worry anymore.

well, i don't know. lastnight i started vomiting at 4am. don't know where it came from and i'm fine now. i'm not one who does that a lot..in the past 8 years i've done it twice because i had the flu so i don't know. i have to wait untill sunday to get a test. but i'm going to take one.
