Hey everyone.
I just started my Ortho about an hour ago. I am doing the Day 1 start (meaning my period just started today) instead of the Sunday start (Sunday after your period starts). So obviously I have my period right now. My question is this....will my period stay like a regular period or will the pill make it stop this time. Any experiences with this? Any general info about this pill either....I just switched from Seasonale because of non-stop spotting. Anything is appreciated!!

I also did a first day start when i started bcp. As far as I can remember I had a normal period that month (7-10 heavy days) the next month is when i went down to 4 days max and very light. and it has been that way for the past 5 years. HTH

thanks cat. i did bleed heavily for about 8 days. Then it all stopped and now I have been spotting for about a week and a half...is that normal too? I am due for my period tomorrow.....I'm not used to this!!! My periods were always very regular before I got on BCP's, now they are all haywire!!!
