I know I have it... and I found it came on after colllege. The doctor said it is very common. He also said for some depression would follow cause you couldn't focus. I went to route of anti depression meds. Stratra was brought up for me but I was alergic to other meds in that group so I didn't use it.
I also found that writting lists helps me stay more on task for some days

One word of caution about stratera...it will put you to sleep so take it at night.
My husband is on adderall (which is supposed to be a strong drug) and it helps take the edge off for him. When he went on it, I saw him sit down and actually be able to read a book all the way through within a reasonable amount of time. He could NEVER do that before. It really helped him and he wasn't a zombie either.
