I bought a Cricut there not too long ago. It works fine, but I would like to return it. I don't have my recipet anymore, but I have the box and everything. I don't know if the locations here still sell them or not, I know they were getting rid of them.

Any thoughts on trying to return it? Ive used it like twice and really want my money back, or at least some of it!!

You could sell it on ebay if walmart won't give you your money back. Sorry I don't know for sure, but they are pretty leinent at wal-mart...

Thanks Liz! I thought they were, I just am leary since I dont' know if they sell them anymore at this location. I would hate to try to return it and feel all dumb and have to leave with it. LOL

i used to work as a CSM at walmart. When I was there the return policy for most items is that without the receipt they would only give the lowest value it was ever sold at and they would put it on a gift card. This would require a drivers license or state ID. If it is electronics, and it sounded like its probably a phone, you may not be able to return it at all. HTH

I used to work at walmart a lil over a year ago and when I was there , you could pretty much return anything with a receipt within so many days 90 I think with the exception of video games, computer games and cds. Without a receipt as long as we still had in in stock or at least still in the computer system we wernt allowed to give cash but we could give a walmart gift card for the lowest sale price of the item. Im not sure if all walmarts are the same but you could at least try.

My mom is a CSM there and she said just as long as the item came from them they have to take it back, but you will not get any cash if the item costs over 10 dollars, they will put it on a gift card and you will need your id or drivers license (like pp said) but you are only able to return items without a receipt 3 times a year!

Thanks for all of your help! They acutally still had a few Cricuts in stock. I was able to return it and get the $199 on a gift card. Works for me
