Just got back from the doc. The diflucan (sp) I took isn't working as well as it should, so he told me to just use an otc one. But he didn't say which is best and I forgot to ask. So what ones works best for you ladies?
Thanks

I usually use Monistat or one of the generic pharmacy brands and also some AZO yeast tablets. Yeast feeds on sugars/carbs so I cut those out (this was before I was low carbing) and also try to fit in some yogurt with active cultures.

Use the seven day treatment. Much more effective especially if you have had it for a while. I take acidophilus daily to help keep the yeasties away now. It is a probiotic and only does good. You can get it in the health food section with the vitamins and such. Yogurt is a good thing too!
Good luck.

I get plenty of yeast infections, and the only over the counter treatment I will use are the 7-day Monistat ones. I'll buy the generic with the same medicine in it--but only the 7-day treatments. I have found that the 3-day and 1-day ones don't work for me.
