There are a couple of really good books that I would consider must- read
PCOS: The Hidden Epidemic, Dr Samuel Thatcher, and
Living with PCOS by Angie Best-Boss.
The Thatcher book is a really well-written book, has a lot of very difficult concepts put in a way that is understandable.
I've dealt with complex emotional issues.

Theres no quick answers here... it's really an individual thing from what I can tell. I think generally, being supportive and trying to understand whats going on with your Wife/GF will help her get thru it.
