I am wondering how many of you are in Ottawa? I am new to the city (5months, not really new anymore) and have had an absolute headache with my new family doctor. I am extremely disappointed by her approach to my PCOS, she is the one who supposedly dx'd my condition although I knew I had it way ahead of time...

Do any of you in Ottawa have an excellent doctor who is taking new patients but is not listed on the doctors and surgeons website? It is very frustrating to see the level of care we receive in the nation's capital!

You may want to check out this post. It's made up of many cysters from the Ottawa area that get together from time to time, they might be able to suggest a good doctor for you.
There is also this Ottawa area doctor post with suggestions for area doctors.
Although this post is quite long with recommended doctors from coast to coast, it can also be a good place start.
There are also websiteslike this one where if you have the name of a doctor, you can read reviews. Just like anything on the internet though, make sure you take everything with a grain of salt.
