my greatgrandma's recipe.
3 lbs. lean hamburger meat
2 lbs. ground chuck hamburger meat
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 onion
3 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can cream o mushroom soup
1 cup of fine gound bread crumbs.
In a blender Puree :
5 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 onion, 3 tsp of salt, sprinkle some pepper in it about 1 tsp.
After puree add it too the hamburger. then add 1 can of cambell's cream of mushroom soup. mix together. Add 1 cup of fine ground bread crumbs.
mix again make into 2 loafs. wrap with renolds wrap.
Bake at 350 for a half an hour. then turn oven down to 300 and bake for 3 hrs.
This is the only meat loaf i will eat it is sooo good.
