Ok, so here's my situation... I had a very recent chemical pregnancy miscarry, I'm 3 days into the "period" from it. My gyno is absolutely hopeless, they're hardly monitoring me at ALL on Clomid, and I was 10 minutes late to my last appointment, and they wouldn't see me. I was sent to the ER instead, where they told me I would miscarry. The doctor from the emergency dept. also told me I have a 6cm cyst on my ovary. Now, since I haven't been able to see my gyno, I'm not sure whether to stop using the Clomid this cycle. I'm so ready to try again this month, I can NOT see myself stopping at all. If I do stop the Clomid this cycle, is there a chance I will still ovulate, even with my cyst? I definitely don't want to take any sort of BCP this cycle, if that's what my gyno will tell me.
Has anyone had any experience with cysts, any complications... did anyone O on there break cycle
I'd appreciate any advice at all,

I do have an appointment on Friday to see my Gyno, so would be day 3 of Clomid if I were to continue. I'm aware of the risks, but how serious are they? What are my chances of rupturing, or worse?

The first time I took clomid 100mg it was horrible the dr did a ultrasound and gave me some pain meds for the pain....so it scares me this month when he wants to up it to 150mg....the dr is supposed to give you a ultra sound if you have pain and cycts after clomid....to see how big they are and they can be dangerous if it ruptures i dont know how bad or the size it get before it does that but usually they go away when your period starts.sorry !

Clomid round 1 last december 2006 100 mgbfn no o' Clomid round 2 50mg bfn no o'. 11-07 clomid round 3 150mg,hcg trigger,IUI go for ultrasond thur 3-13-08.showed two follices now in the two wk wait! been on metformin 2 yrs 2500mg

thanks i have a doctor appt tomorrow to get a ultra sound to see if i have cyst before i take clomid! thanks for replying though ....
