I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but nevertheless, here it goes. I found out yesterday that my left ovary has tons of cysts on it. The doctor did a blood test to see if there was any indication of ovarian cancer and said if that bloodwork came back with an elevated number that he would do a hysterectomy immediately. If the levels in my blood are not elevated, he said he is going to put me on BC pills for two months to try and shrink the cysts. He also said if they are not gone for the most part in two months, he will still recommend a hysterectomy.
So, here's my delimma. The last time this happened with my right ovary, the mass grew larger during the two month period that I was taking BC pills and I ended up having my rt ovary and tube removed. I have been on the internet all day trying to find a way to shrink these cysts, and came across a website http://www.ovariancystsnomore.com/?hop=jacmcg. As I was reading, I was getting kind of excited at the possiblilty of having a chance to rid myself of the cysts, and the pain without surgery. However, when I saw the price I became concerned. I just wondered if anyone has any information that they can give me about this, or if anyone has tried or read this eBook.
I just don't want to waste $39.00 if its a scam, but on the other hand, that is a small price to pay if it works! Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!!!!

Never heard of it! I'm not sure that I would say that it seems like a likely source of hope. . . . . but I guess you never know.
Have to checked your local library for books on PCOS although I think that all the info on SC is great I also think that it is very helpful to read a book or two on PCOS - perhaps one written by a medical doctor.
f you decide to get it and read it - I would be curious to get your basic impressions!
I've also run into places selling this e-book when doing web searches and tried to find out more about it. There seems to be absolutely nothing to be found about it other than testimonials from people trying to sell it. Based on the way that it's being marketed and the price, I have to think that this book is a big scam.
Not answering the book thing, but I have over 28 cysts and the numbers keep getting higher with each new pelvic test (I've had three this week, two exams and one ultra sound with three doctors, and I was dx with PCOS today) and the theory is that I've ruptured at least 5 cysts. I'm young so no one will remove any reproductive organs until I lose weight (which is hard when is pain and the cysts are adding weight due to bloating). Do more research and ask lots of doctors before you make a decision. I've had two family doctor's offices (five doctors and their staffs) weight in plus a former ob/gyn doctor who runs the ultrasound machine and I'm still going to see two new ob/gyns next week. Ask around before you do anything that serious to your body!
