Default Ovarian Drilling and AF question??

Hi everybody!! My name is Diana and I am 23 yrs old. I have been married to DH for 2 1/2 years and we have been ttc for 3 yrs. About a year and a 1/2 ago I was seeing an RE and was taking provera to bring on AF, and was also doing rounds of clomid. On my first round of clomid (50mg) I developed one mature follie on my right ovary. Had the hcg shot, ovulated but we missed that cycle. Went on a couple more rounds of clomid, (100mg, 150mg) and was unable to develop any good follies. Dh and I decided that we were going to take a break. I have'nt had normal cycles since I am 18 yrs old. Diagnosed with PCOS on 2003. Since then, I bleed every couple of months annovulatory, and I have to take provera in order to end the bleeding. My Gyn has me taking provera on a monthly basis to bring down a AF since I dont get them on my own. We just started our ttc journey in the beginning of the new year once again. I had a laparoscopic ovarian drilling done along with flushing of my fallopian tubes on Friday March 17th 06. After surgery I spotted very lightly for about 2-3 hrs. Spotting then stopped all together. Saturday night, I started a full AF. My question is, could it actually be a AF or is it from surgery itself. My gyn told me that the surgery can make me spontaneously ovulate, so I am wondering if I did. I just dont think that it would happen so soon after surgery. Also my fallopian tubes are both clear and everything else looked great. I would really appreciate any feedback, info. Im driving myself crazy wondering.

I really don't know anything about that procedure but I wanted to welcome you to Soulcysters. You might want to cross post and ask the same question in some of the other areas to see if you get any more answers.
