hi

well, my ovaries never show if I have a normal ultra sound. You know the one on top of my stomach.

But if I have an transviginal ultrasound (from inside my body) they do show.
hope this helps
Eva

This is normal if you have a full bowel...It happened to me once! I've had 3 transvaginal ultrasounds and the other two, it was showing. It is completely normal. The bowel just gets in the way sometimes. Don't worry!! : )
