I know it sounds weird but I think my ovaries are making noise. It kind of sounds like the gas noise you get from your stomach lol. I HAVE HAD MY PERIOD FOR THREE WEEKS ALREADY. FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS IT WAS HARDLY ANYTHING. I COULD HAVE USED THE SAME PAD FOR TWO DAYS IF I WANTED TO. NOW IT'S A LITTLE HEAVIER. I HAVE TO CHANGE MY PAD TWICE PER DAY. DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR? DO YOU THINK THEY HAVE TO DO WITH CYST DISSOLVING?

Sometimes my pelvic region does make gurgling type noises (sorta like wind but different, my lower abdomen either side of my stomach in front of my hips) but I'm on BCP so no prolonged bleeding for me. Is that the way it feels for you? I spoke to another cyster here about it before once here too, but I'm unsure what it could be. Perhaps it is cysts dissolving? I'd love to find out if anyone knows too.

It's likely that the noises you speak of are from you digestive system. The intestines often get in the way of ovaries in ultrasound scans, so I'd imagine that it might feel/sound like it's coming from that area.
I went through a period of time when I spotted and blead continuously! My OBGYN said just another symptom of PCOS! Depending on how often you skip AF. Sometimes there is such a bulid up that your body need to purge in which it starts bleeding. (that's what happened to me) or AF isn't strong enough went it does arrive that it can also cause the same effect. Hope this makes sense. She gave me Provera for 10 days to unduce a full AF. That usually straightens things out. Might have to take provera for a couple of months if it doesn't work the first time (rare)
Hope this helps,
Water
