Over 35 and trying to overcome PCOS I guess I just want to vent and know that someone understand what I am talking about. I have been battling the issue of infertility for quite some time now. I recently purchased a book regarding PCOS and it confirmed what I pretty much so knew. I have been trying to get pregnant, however have come up negative. Because I am over 35, I think I am running against a timeclock. However, today I have come to the conclusion that I need to get my body in shape first and hope that everything else (pregnancy) will happen. I am presently taking Glucophage, which is suppose to be helpful. Hopefully, with the combination of diet, exercise, and meds I will overcome the odds of PCOS. Let me know if my thinking is logical. Help please. |
