over medicating?

Pls is anyone using both Metformin,Apple cider tabs and Green tea tabs?
Am on all these and my met dose is 1500mg daily,apple c 3tabs and green tea 3 tabs.My question is to know if am medicating too much?still ttc and waiting for provera induced af in other to start Follistim.
Pls suggestions will be welcomed.Thanks.
