I haven't seen anywhere that anyone has used Ovidrel injections and was wondering is this a common injection and I am just not noticing because it is often called something else?? Just curious since I start them next cycle ... thanks Nanci

Nanci -
I used Ovidrel to trigger on my injection cycles. I used Follistim and then when my follicles were mature enough, they had me use Ovidrel (hcg) to "trigger" them to release. I know there are other "trigger" drugs that can be used, but I only used Ovidrel.

Are you using it as a trigger or as part of your daily injections? I was on ovidrel with follistim, because I was producing way to many follies, when you use ovidrel with follistim it helps to mature some of the eggs and helps so you don't produce too many.

Great to hear some input... when i was at the doc's on Monday they have me the "regular" injection handouts I go today for classes but I am not really sure how I will be taking them... and I do pay attention it was just on my 3 month follow up on conservative measures BOOOOM I was in the u/s room and taking Clomid that night so I hope to figure it out...thanks everyone that bothered to respond
