We go in Monday for IUI I am praying that this monh will be the month. How many IUI did you do before becoming pregnant. I see you were on glucophage, are you still on it because I was on it and was taken off.
Thanks for responding

There is no law that says only an MD or RN can give it - those are typically just policies in MD offices and facilities.
In homecare, we are often sent out to teach families to do just exactly that - give injections of all kinds of things, even start and maintain family member's IV's - amazing isn't it, how medicine has changed? I have had my Mom give mine when I haven't wanted to give them to myself. As long as the MD and the patients are comfortable with their technique in mixing, drawing up and injecting the med, anyone can go ahead and give it.

I was asking if you were still on glucophage, or f you stopped when? My doc just told me I did not need it. When I first was put on it a endocrinologist put me on it, for 6 months trial period. I no longer go to that doc. When it was time for a refill my insurance company was crazy so he told me I did not need the glucophage.
I go in today for my IUI I am really going to get on my hands and knees and pray this is it. And on top of that, I have a healthy baby, I don't want to miscarry either.
