Yes, As To Why Or Why Not I Am Not Sure . I Concieved My Daughter Without Having A Monthly Period....but Yes, People Can Ovulate Without Teh Presence Of A Period!

yes i concieved without a cycle/my last period was 11*07 and i concieved in 7*08 but did sadly miscarried at 14w

Wow. I have been curious about this too. I have always joked that I had a "ghost period" because I would have all the symptoms of a monthly cycle- tender and firm breasts, nausea, migraines, cramping, fatigue- but no actual bleeding. Not sure if I was ovulating or not, but I seemed to have some kind of cycle going.
