Moredd- That is just wonderful. You are really having good results with your Supplement Regime. Do you think DCI has a big part in your O?

OMG Tamii!!! Congratulations, I am sooo happy for you. Wow, what a nice surprise after so long of not reading this thread....To Joobilee and others, I'm praying you get your bps soon. Tamii, I'm wishing you a happy and health 9 months, keep us posted.

Update:
Well so much has happened since the last time I posted on here both good and bad. We found out on Sept 9 we are having a baby boy during the 18 week anatomy ultrasound, he is doing very well and growing right on target. I was officially diagonsed with gestational diabetes quite early around 13 weeks and have been on insulin ever since, it's been tough. They say I may even have had pre-existing type 2 diabetes since I was diagnosed to early but I am hoping and praying that after the baby comes and I go on Metformin, I may be able to reverse it. I've also had to do a 24 hr urine test because they found protein and ketones in my urine but the tests came back fine and they say it may be due to the gestational diabetes diet. Luckily I have gained only 5 pounds so far this pregnancy due to the diet. I also have to take my blood pressure at home because I have white coat syndrome and my bp sky rockets whenever I'm at the doctors. All in all, I feel great, no more nausea, getting stronger and I have to say it is all worth it when I feel my baby kick and turn which he's been doing a lot of lately lol. I pray all continues to progress well, I'll keep you all posted.

Hi

I was diagnosed 2 year ago - prescribed metformin. Wouldn't take it. Hardly ever see AF. I have had PCOS since age 18 - never fallen preg. TTC now. Just finished 3 rounds of clomid and decided to skip it for a while and start managing PCOS with natural remedies. My strategy at the moment involves...

DCI - start tomorrow - 1200mg
Magnesium - start tomorrow
CO - enzyme - Q10
ALpha - Lipoic - Acid - ALA
Vit E
Prenatals
Vit C
Zinc
lowish carb/anti inflammatory diet
no sugar

Apple cider vinegar
Green tea
huffy puffy excercise once a day - 30 mins

So I will keep you posted. I have not ovulated in years except for 3 clomid induced cycles - however - I see in my charts insufficient progesterone after ovulation and doubt I can sustain a preg in current state - so hopefully adressing PCOS will help this - start an ovulatory cycle and get my going. Please provide updates ladies with your trails and tribulations.

Janaki
