I take a really good multi vit & min but I was actually thinking about getting a d3 supplement because the label doesn't show much of that, but the doc actually ordered a blood lab and I will be getting the results tomorrow to find out if I'm deficient in vit d imparticular.
I've only been taking DCI for 5 days now, but I really think my skin on my face feels different like softer, less leathery. And still sweet cravings gone, thinking about eating as much sugar in a day that I used to almost makes me sick. I am loving DCI!!! I really hope it works on my cycle as well as it has on my cravings!!

Me, too, I have softer skin, less cravings, and I actually didnt like butter in my buckwheat cereal yesterday. I will try it without the butter next time. I also eat much less at meals, and Im fine. I can get hungry and I can deal with that feeling now because Im not all shaky.

Yesterday my opk was looking good, but this morning it was lighter, Im still early though (cd10).

Not yet. Haven't had time to sit down and look it over. I know I need to because it sounds like a great tool. Hopefully in the morning.

When I signed up they gave a free month trial on the boards. You might wait till the weekend so you can start when you have more time to look around. I wasnt on the boards for the 1st couple years of using it, I just used the charting software, which is just the best and totally free.

Sorry I've been away on business. Here is the link to my current cycle chart. Let me know what you think. I haven't tested because I'm scared of getting a BFN especially since I never got one with my previous pregnancies. I will wait it out until I see RE on Friday or AF comes (hopefully not!). Good luck!

I would say unless you O'd on cd 17, your chart looks like a classic pregnancy chart. What is your normal LP, will AF be due anytime?

I got my opk+ today. Im so excited DCI is working for me.

Tamii-Wow! That's great you got a positive OPK, DCI really works! Well, it's hard for me to say what the length of my LP is because I've never really monitored ovulation and have always been irregular. I was very irregular even when I got pregnant before so there's no way to say. As for ovulating on CD17, it might be a possibility because I have been having a lot of EWCM even after CD12 up until two days ago as well as ovulation type twinges. But I hear those may also be early pregnancy symptoms. Fertility friend detected a triphasic pattern on my chart on CD21. I guess I'll know sooner or later.

I say if you dont eat wheat bread or grains, you may not like them. I like the muffins best with blackberries. I also made pumpkin bread and banana bread with 2 cups of buckwheat ferinetta. It was real good hot out of the oven, but reheated the pumpkin is edible, and it makes me feel so full and good that I love them, but Im sure there something out there that tastes better.

Try spicing up your muffins, add cream cheese, or jelly or something you like to the top. It may help you get them down the hatchet.

Hopeful: I'm so glad to hear things are looking promising!!! I'm very hopeful for you!

Tamii: So excited for your +OPK! That's great!!!

DCBailey: Welcome to the world of DCI! Obviously Hopeful and Tamii are having really positive experiences. I wish you the best, too!

Today marks 2 weeks on DCI and still I love it, especially the fact that the sweet cravings are still absent! It seems like I taste my food now rather than the sugar or carbs. I feel so much better about myself too! My pores are shrinking-ALOT! I didn't know that my complexion bothered me so bad, I can't stop touching my face. And I have lost 3 lbs, that's not much but since for the last 5 years I have been gaining, no matter my diet or exercise routine, it's like a miracle! I'm loving the stuff! Now if it would just convince my body to ovulate. But I guess I should give it more than 2 weeks.

Baby Dust my friends!

DCBailey, I tried making a low calorie version of banana bread and pumpkin bread this week. Both tasted good after cooking, hot right out of the oven. After freezing, I like the banana version better. I really like the muffins with blackberries, too. The blueberry version was ok. I just put 2 blackberries per muffin. I have to say that making the bread is a little easier than the muffins. I hope you find an edible version.

So I had my ultrasound early this morning at Johns Hopkins (my RE) to make sure there was no hyperstimulation of my ovaries with the clomid. I also had my blood drawn to confirm ovulation by measuring my progesterone. They were so excited about my chart and didn't know about FF, lol, asked me a lot of questions. Well, I just got a call from the nurse who confirmed ovulation. My progesterone level is 14. I'm so excited!!! They want me to wait a few days before taking a hpt, I'm so scared to test. I've been feeling really slow lately and slightly nauseous but I'm so scared to hope I'm pregnant at this point but I'll keep praying. I will keep you posted. Wish me luck
