GL, and thats a good post O p4 #. I was nausious early on when I got my bfp with my son. I've also had a little nausia in the 2ww bfn's. I must say though when I was pregers I had a huge food adversion, couldnt eat certain things at all. That with the nausia made me believe I might be pregers before I got a hpt+.

My temps arent very high and ff took away my crosshairs. Im not 100% sure I ovulated, though I always do after that dark an OPK+.

So Hopeful, Tamii, and DCBailey, anything new or exciting?

I know I've only been taking DCI for 3 weeks but I'm so impatient. I have no signs of Oing or AF. How much longer??? I have a clock tickin' away here....Lol
I haven't been temping because for some stupid reason I can't remember to do it before I get out of bed! GRRR I don't remember until I'm in the shower (usually). Oh well, I'll keep trying to remember.

Its really hard to know whats going on without temping or OPK testing, or both. I mean for me, I have to do both to know. I did O on cd 18, WOWzers a normal cycle for me.

Im taking other things with the DCI, because of my symptoms. For example Im taking chromium and DCI for my Insulin Resistance.

Theres a complete list on my FF homepage (link below), and where I got everything at.

I think you should give the DCI some more time, 6-8 weeks to see any changes. So far, temping is the only thing that gives me any information on my cycle. I took a hpt last Sunday and got a bfn like I was expecting anyway because of the fact that I have never gotten a positive hpt even while pregnant for some reason. Still no sign of AF and it is CD35 today, temperature still up, I'm getting AF cramps once in a while these days but not a single spot, lots of creamy cm, nausea has subsided, breasts a little tender and dh thinks they are fuller and darker, he is usually very cautious so I was kinda surprised. Right now I'm very confused as to exactly when I ovulated because I had EWCM almost through out the cycle starting on CD11. FF says CD12 but looking at my chart, it may have been later unless CD17 was an implantation dip, either way, I feel I should have gotten AF by now. RE says he will order a blood test in a week if still no sign of AF so I guess I have to continue the wait for now, more like a 3WW for me, lol.

So AF showed up last night and I had a huge temperature drop this morning so I guess I'm out this cycle but I am still glad at least I o'ed. It seems I was way off with O day, must have been between CD17 and CD21. I am taking the same mix as last cycle, it seemed to work:

Clomid 50mg (CD5-9)
DCI 1200mg daily
Guafenesin (two teaspoons twice daily)
Preseed
Prima Care prenatal vitamin daily
Prayer

Im thinking of switching to clomid instead of soy this cycle, and am doing a few more suppliments, but I also ovulated cd 18. I would look at your chart, but dont see a link.

Did you ever do clomid before? You could give it a try, I think it makes ovulation stronger or so. Here is the link to my chart. Earlier on, it detected o day as CD12 but since I updated it yesterday, it has shifted to CD19 and unfortunately we didn't BD close to then.

So sorry Hopeful. Wish there was something I could say to take away the sad.

I've remembered to temp for the last week (woo-hoo) and I saw an amazing thing. My temps aren't all over the place anymore! They are pretty steady at 97.3. I think it's a good thing that they aren't here and there. They used to jump almost a full degree sometimes...it was crazy. I think the frustration from before was keeping me from remembering to do it this time.

I wound up using soy this cycle. I may try clomid again. I didnt work for me before DCI, so Im curious if it would help now. I think it would.

So sorry you O at a different time than BD hopefull09. I think you still had a 13% chance because 3-4 days before O theres a 13% chance of pregnancy and 1 &2 days before threres a little over 25% chance, and BD the day of theres only a 5% chance. So sorry AF found you though.

Joobilee: How is the temping going? Any new discoveries?

Tamii: How did the soy go this cycle?

I just had my second ultrasound this cycle, I am on CD16. I took the clomid days 5-9 and my ultrasound on CD14 showed slow follicular development. Today's ultrasound showed one mature follicle 21mm but the blood test still showed low LH and so I have been prescribed ovidrel to inject at 6pm tonight and BD tonight, tomorrow, and Sunday and test on May 31. I hope it works. My temps are a little more stable this cycle mostly around 97.5....so far, no SE from the clomid so thank God!

HCG via trigger is similar to LH, so it usually triggers LH. GL

Im on cd 10, had a near positive test yesterday and ferning in my saliva for 3 days, plus a couple other signs. I even thought I felt O pains today, but I dont believe I will be ovulating on cd10, though it does seem like I am. I dont expect a temp rise LOL, its just too early. I think I may have been close or something is going on though. I never had this much ewcm looking stuff in my life, well not since I was bffing dd in 1996.

What do you think about my opk?

One test was last cycles opk+ on cd18, same day as I ovulated. The other test was yesterday. The sliver part is positive, but the background not as dark. Both tests are after drying.

Tamii: I know cycle day 10 seems way early but just the other day I was reading a thread on here and somebody was talking about how their chart said cd6 they o'ed. I guess anything is possible, especially with a PCOS body--my opinion being they are NEVER predictable.

AFM: I know you are supposed to start charting (on FF) on first day of period but...I haven't had a period in over a year so I just started on a random day. But a few days after I started my bbs got not super tender but they let me know they were there (very unusual, never had that except on BCP), my lower back ached (just a little) and I felt a bit crampy. I didn't hink anything of it I just thought that doing yard work or something at the gym had hurt me a bit. It only last a couple or three days then it all went away. But my chart was 97.3 and lower up til then and the day it all seemed to go away my temp jumped to 98.1. When I was entering it on FF is when it dawned on me that I may have o'ed but evidently not because the next day my temp fell to 96.9 - 97.3 - 96.9 - 97.7 - 96.9 (today). The way I understand it if your temp doesn't stay up you didn't O, correct? I'm wondering how much of a difference in temp it can make breathing through your mouth? I have allergys so lately I have woke up with plugged sinuses breathing through my mouth. Really thinking about temping vaginally. Any thoughts?

I think the open mouth thing wont make too much a difference. I dont think you ovulated, since your temps are jumpy, but it sounds like your body was gearing up to. The soar (.Y.) is a sign of estrogen, usually excess, but can mean esterogen and when the follicle is growing the estrogen then grows and if you use a microscope you would see ferning, too. I use one, and have excess estrogen, but around O time usually I get a few positive days and some partial days. My last 4 days were all positive, my opk today was positive, and yesterday was not, the day before was close to positive. I havent had a temp rise yet, my temps are actually almost the same daily.

I hope you ovulate soon. Dont give up, something will work, I say that because if I can come back from nothing working, not even clomid & met, and not need anything besides vitamins, DCI and 2tsps of ex vir olive oil a day, then I have to say theres hope that things can change. Dont give up.

I hope I ovulated today. Here was my opk test today:

The one labled 18 is the test from last cycle, I had my opk+ on cd 18 then ovulated and had a temp rise the next day.
