Ok, yes I know shame on me. 26 and not sure if i have ovulated. Can someone please (just for the record) set me straight. Apart from the obvious, how else can you tell, of you have ovulated.Someone the other day told me the pain makes it clear you have ???? Well i am not completly sure, so if anyone can enlighten me I would be really grateful. As i would like to get my facts stright before my dr's appointment next week, so ik am not fobbed off....

Some women get mild cramping when they ovulate but not all of them. I believe the standard ovulation cycle is about 11-14 days after the first day of your last period (?) and there is some over the counter tests that you can take to see when you are ovulating. If your getting your period you are ovulating at some point but that's the problem with PCOS, there's no regular cycle so no way to know when or how long your ovulating.
