Some women get mild cramping when they ovulate but not all of them. I believe the standard ovulation cycle is about 11-14 days after the first day of your last period (?) and there is some over the counter tests that you can take to see when you are ovulating. If your getting your period you are ovulating at some point but that's the problem with PCOS, there's no regular cycle so no way to know when or how long your ovulating.
