Is it normal for a woman with many cysts (like PCOS cysts) to ovulate regularly? I have those tiny PCOS-like cysts, but I do ovulate normally and my period is regular. I thought this was weird...So I want to know if anyone else here does too!

Yes, you can have the cysts and still ovulate regularly. More than one egg starts to mature around ovulation time. Only one bursts (which is ovulation) and the others are reabsorbed into the ovaries. With PCOS these unmatured follicles are not reabsorbed into the ovary which results in these cysts. So you can still ovulate and have these cysts.
