Default ovulation or no ovulation on met (but have periods)

do most of you women who usually don't ovulate at all because of your PCOS ovulate on Met? I've been getting my periods (I don't ovulate or have a period AT ALL on my own) with Met, but I'm not sure if I'm ovulating. My periods are very erratic so far, so using OPKs or charting or any of that stuff is just kind of hard to do. We're not really TTC so I'm not stressed about it, I'm just seeking information and wondering if I might actually be ovulating.

I'm just curious if most of you have found that you DO ovulate (and have an ovulation period) versus not ovulate (and have a non ovulation period) on MET alone
(I guess this question is for women who normally don't ovulate at all or very little because of PCOS). thanks very much in advance!!!!
