Default ovulation and pregnancy

Have any of you ovulated and you knew you did for a fact, (took advantage of the happening, and then failed to get pregnant? Is this a common thing for someone with PCOS. I am new to all of this>

Hi Astin,

I am not sure I really understand your question. Lots of women, PCOS and otherwise, know they are ovulating, BD on the appropriate days and still do not get pregnant. So, if you are asking if simple failure to get pregnant (knowing you O), is a sign of PCOS, then I would have to say the answer is no.

I have known I was Oing (I have really long cycles and use OPKs all through each cycle, a pain but I like to know what my body is doing) and BD and not gotten pregnant. I have also had one chemical preg.

Have you been dx with PCOS?
