To take your BBT (basal body temp) you need to take it every morning before you get out of bed. Then record it on a graph (you can do this free online at
www.fertilityfriend.com) You need to use a Basal Body Thermometer, which can be purchased at your local drug store (RiteAid, Walgreens, Sav-on, etc.). The Basal Body Thermometer's are relativly unexpensive, and are much more accurate than a regular one.
If you ovulate, your temperture will rise following the ovulation (due to the increase in progesterone) and stay high until AF comes again. If your temp. doesn't rise, then you didn't O.
