I'm going through a really rough time emotionally / spiritually. We uprooted and moved 5 hours from the Atlanta area to my hometown of Waycross in S. GA. My parents live here, a brother, and sister (their families) and my older sister not far away on St. Simons Island.
Our house still hasn't sold. Our son who has always been homeschooled started public school in Jan, and that has SUCKED on lots of levels. We've not been able to start on our new house for several reasons. My poor husband is running around like a maniac trying to justify himself within his company (he's worked there 26 years, was number one in the region when in Atlanta -- it's like going from a gold mine, to a turpentine pit - the difference). There's been trouble with neighborhood kids. etc.
And if you've read about the "3rd grader plot" to kill their teacher? That's going on right now in our town.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO -- having shared the condensed version with you all -- what gets you through low spots? What gets you through rough, emotional, spiritual lows in your life???

My Mood: Points: 22,649.80 Bank: 301.46 Total Points: 22,951.26 | {{{{Bec}}}} That does sound like a tough time. And they say nothing is worse stresswise than moving house, so you've hit a low point there, eh?
What I do with a low point is take myself off alone to any local sacred site, or failing that just somewhere peaceful, where you can be with your god/goddess. A day on the moors, or by the sea, or just walking in the hills or here at home along the river - goes a long way to healing. Also, talking of healing - have you looked into meditation, or even something like reiki? They are really practical, useful things you can learn then use day to day, to help.
If you practice divination, a session you've prepared well for might give you some answers, or clues what to do next, to improve the situation. Or get proactive with a working (spell) - that's the best thing about being pagan. We ain't powerless in the face of our problems! We take them and deal with them head on! I have done some, one or all of these things at various low points and find I never stick at the low point for too long because just that feeling of being pro-active in your own life is enough to break the log-jam, sometimes.
Hope that's of some use and hope you're feeling better soon!

I know we share different religious views, but I just wanted to tell you I will be praying for you! My husband has had to deal with similar issues at work and it's hard when your man is not at his top game.
Hang in there (such a cliche I know).
