Pain 4 Months Post Op From LAVH

This is my first post on this site, I wish I would of know about this site earlier. I had a LAVH done on 8/22/03 for chronic pelvic pain, endo, absence of periods, (had to be forced could not take provera anymore) fibroids and other issues. I wanted my GYN to take my ovaries but he said I was to young (25 at time of sugery). I have been battling with PCOS for god knows how long. It started with constant pain and cysts popping on my right side had a Lap done in June of 2002 and the pain stopped from that side but started on my left side and has continued strong ever since.

I went and saw my GYN last week and started to tell him that I was still having pain and he told me not to worry because I am only about 4 months post op. I am also having issues with my bladder, I have a pulling throbbing pain at the end of urination and have been seeing a URO who no thinks it may be adheasions. I can deal with the bladder pain, but I can't deal with the pain on my left side. I am pretty sure it is coming from my ovary. It starts out as a dull aching pain and then gets very intence. My GYN had me taking Vioxx prior to sugery to help but it did not help.

I am at my witts end and don't know what to do. My GYN took me off Metformine (sp) last March when we did fertility drugs and my Left Ovary swelled to be the size of a football I hyperstimulated (long story). I am also woundering if I should still be on it. I have no energy at all and can't seem to loose any weight.

I would greatly appreciate any advice.
