Default Pain AFTER bowel movement, postpartum pain, pulling pains...ugh!

Hi! I'm new to this board, not new to PCOS. I was diagnosed 10 years ago. I just had a baby 13 weeks ago, and since one week postpartum have been having unresolved issues that are really depressing me. They have suggested the possibility of endometriosis, although I didn't realize that could show up early postpartum with no period (I'm exclusively breastfeeding).

So I'm sort of hoping my symptoms are related to PCOS. Anyway, here is what I am experiencing:
1. Even if I am having mild lower abdominal pain/pelvic pain, it will go through the roof after I have a bowel movement. It hurts from my lower abdomen all the way into my rear end. I have a heavy feeling in my lower abs and it feels like things are being pulled. I also get a general burning sensation in my lower abdomen after a bowel movement. It seems to improve after several hours...I'm assuming because I'm getting stuff back in there via food.

2. Pain after sex. I'm sure I had this before...I just can't remember! After sex, I will have right-sided pain for days. Feels like appendicitis, but it's not.

3. General pelvic heaviness that comes and goes.

4. Pulling sensations in my lower pelvic region.

Does anyone here have any of these symptoms with their PCOS? I'm really getting depressed and trying to enjoy my new baby!!

Thanks!
~Andrea

Default

I forgot to mention...the only thing revealed on any tests for my current issues (I've been to my OB/GYN and a reg. dr. regarding it) was multiple cysts on both ovaries. No surprise there.

I've had two pelvic exams and two transvaginal ultrasounds, plus a CT scan. A lap to check for endo may be set up in the future.

I guess I should have asked if anyone here with endo. has those symptoms as well.

TIA!!
