I have pain in my left side of my belly, it is at belly button level. I am wondering what it could be. I am about ready to go to the ER cause I have been having it since tuesday. It is making me tired and kinda sick to my tummy. Can someone please help figure this out for me so I dont have to go to the ER.

Well that's a tough one. I'd say see a Dr. regardless if you've had pain that long. Do you have any tenderness when you press on the area? With PCOS, it could be a cyst, but that's kinda high. Do you think you may be ovulating?I would say go see the Dr., it could be any # of things. You just named the symptoms of probably 10 different things. It could be nothing, but there is the off chance that it is something. Sorry, not much help.

Thanks for the response. I am 6 days past O. But it has been there since O so I am wondering if it is the cyst that forms after that I buging me. I had a Painful O this cycle. I hurts more when I am sitting and less when laying down.
