Unhappy Is this pain normal?

Hi everyone,
I'm working on my 3rd month of Provera. The last time I took it was Oct 1st-10th. As of now I'm not on any medicine that is PCOS related. It's really hard to explain the pain I was feeling yesterday. It first started on my backside. Like somewhere below my butt. It was a few mild sharp pains that hurt more when I moved. Then the pains moved to my front and became more serve. It was literally waves of sharp pains in my lower adomona. Sitting down hurt and moving made it worst. It felt like i was bleeding out but there was no blood. Now it feels weird when I walk. Like I can feel something isn't right inside, or moving around or just out of order. Sorry it's so hard to explain . Is this normal?
btw I plan to go to my obgyn but till then I'm trying to figure this out.

There are so many things that this could be from the mundane (vaginal and anal muscle spasm, I get these, no fun) to the scary (uterine prolapse etc) that suggesting something would just be a shot in the dark and would probably just scare you. I'm glad you're seeing your doc. Please let us know what it turns out to be.

I've had feelings like that too, but not for a while and then after wards i usually don't think about them much.

I've had exactly what you are talking about and I had a tv ultrasound done and I had a cyst (besides the polycystic thing) on either ovary. Not huge ones... But I think they put pressure on nerves. That's how my PCOS story started... I had this "triad of pain" in my (TMI) rectum/tailbone, my hip and my pelvic area.... But for the longest time it was just the pain in my rear .... I thought I had a broken tailbone it hurt so bad and went as far having an mri on my tailbone- and that's when I saw the cysts on my mri- I found my own pcos and had it confirmed with the bloodwork and ultrasound. But... I had exactly your symptoms and that funky feeling like there is something wrong/off in there... I felt like when I tried to bend over, something was stoping me from bending all the way in my abdomen pelvic area... But it was from the extra cysts. I went on BCP and they went away and I was left with just the "normal" pcos ovaries again. Try a hot water bottle on your pelvic area.. that helps me.

I really hope you feel better soon my heart goes out to you... I hate that pain.
