Default PAIN in ovaries

Okay..I had this pain today that was so bad that I had to pull the car over because I thought I was going to wreck.
It was the right side ovary and it felt like someone was pulling it out of me. I had a ultrasound 2 months ago and they said everything "looked good". After about a min. it stopped and hasn't done it since. A few months ago it hurt (but not as bad as today) when I went to get up from bed one morning then after a while it stopped....its like a pulling sensation.

I realize this may not make any sense but I tryed to explain it the best I could.
Is it the cysts..or what?

Interesting that you mention this as I can relate. It's a really weird feeling. It feels like someone is tugging at you ovaries or tubes. Just a weird ache I get every once in a great while.

I get weird stabbing pains maybe 5 times a week or so. I think they're probably cyst related. Yours could be the same. But if you're truly worried about it get it checked out by a doctor.

When I had pain in one of my ovaries, it turned out to be from fibroids.

I always have pain on my left side... for YEARS... I've had ultrasounds and everything...nothing out of the ordinary... although I do have cysts... and I do have fibroids... (removal of fibroids hasn't helped me...)

I was recently told there is a muscle that runs along your pelvis (and hip area) it's abdominal... and can spasm so bad and apparently is quite common that it's the cause for many assumed pains... ovarian, intestinal etc... I'll try to get more info... I'm curious!

I've had this exact same thing happen to me. It doesn't happen often but oh how it hurts. My ovaries will often hurt when I roll over in bed. I've doubled over it has been so bad. I hope you are feeling better soon.

So I called Dr. today and she told me to come right in----she figures I am Oing.......gesh i felt stupid but happy at the same time cause I didn't think that I would ever ovulate.

However I do have a cyst but its on my left ovary and not the right one w/the pain.

Thanks to all you tried to help and I wish you all the best!
