Question Pain in ovary area

Okay, this probably has nothing to do with the met but I thought I'd see if anyone else had this problem too. I am about 3 weeks into taking met. I got af on her own the first week of taking met. I'm about to bump up to 1500 mg. from 1000 mg.. This is day 14 of my cycle (providing that it's a normal 28 day cycle) and I've had WICKED cramping pains in the area where my ovaries are located. Anyone else ever had this at the time they would be ovulating? I'm thinking about buying an at home ovulation test kit to see if I am ovulating or if I'm just getting false periods. Anyone got any advice? Thanks.

I get it but not from met. The Drs thought it was cysts but it wasnt so they say maybe endo, maybe pelvic pain from not enough space or maybe just from PCOS

I had the same pain too. Very sharp and up to my kidneys. And whenever I have to pass stool it is a very wicked pain. I had an internal ultrasound, so lets see what happens. I haven't had a period in months and the last one was brought on by provera.

I have ovulation cramps frequently mid cycle (when things are working correctly). There is a German name for it that translates to "middle pain."
