Just wondering, does anyone else get cramping like pains and what feels like ovaries swelling (last night I swear it felt like something inside me was gonna burst)?
Is this a side effect of pcos and heightened LH or is it something else?

I seem to be in constant pain these days, since my periods ceased in Janurary in fact.. it's gotten worse.. sharper.. more intense and more frequent and no, i'm definitely not pregnant.
My LH is around 36 compaired with an FSH of 3.. could this be contribuiting to the problem?

I definitely feel this. In fact, I get pain on both sides, low, as well as higher pains almost around my waist.

I think it is related to the PCOS. Are you on anything to manage the PCOS? I am hoping that BCPs will help alleviate some of these side effects. It feel like I am ovulating (although I am not) or having PMS-like cramping all the time! I hate it!

I'm on metformin 500 twice a day but it doesn't seem to be doing much anymore. I'm gonna try going back onto a strict low carb diet and see if that helps

I think the pains are due cysts all over our ovaries.
