Default Pain when wiping...

Possible TMI alert! lol

Okay...so, the past few days or so I've been having this sharp pain when wiping.

It's always in the same spot. The pain feels like maybe scratched myself or something. It's that kind of a pain. Like wiping over a scratch. I have actually had this same issue once or twice in the past, but it always goes away after a bit. This time, seems to be going on for longer (or maybe it's just because I'm focusing so hard on that area right now that I'm noticing it longer! lol)
Anyways, it's becoming very irritating to deal with! lol. Felt around a little and it feels like there's a small bump there. Almost like a really big pimple or something?
Please understand...I gotta go purely on feel for this one. Being a big gal, can't really bend over and take a look! lol.

Anyone else deal with this? Do you know what it is? Or at least what it is for you?

I have an appt already with my OB/Gyn for Tuesday, so figured I'd ask him about it while I'm there too, but was just curious.

I'm not a Dr, but it could be a clogged pore, festered hair, or a boil.

Good that you're seeing the dr. when you have something new going on. If it really is irritated you can use a tiny dab of hydrocortisone ointment on it to calm it down. I was instructed by Gyn. to use that when I had a yeast irritation down there, while waiting for the diflucan to kick in.

hydrocortisone ointment...got it! lol. Will def try that next time. Looks like it's already gone away this time. Yay! lol. Not sure what it was, but maybe just an irritation from something.

The preparation H wipes are just witch hazel and can be used for vaginal care as well as the other end. They help when things are irritated.

I had something like that I dont know if its the same thing your describing or not, it was down more toward the bottom of my labia, but the dr called it a sebaceous cyst. She told me to soak it with a warm cloth and it would go away. It went away like the next day and the warm water helps to ease the pain also. I hope you feel better soon.
