I saw this at Target for $20, and decided to give it a try. Yesterday I made plain ones and ones with grape filling. Today I made cinnamon ones and strawberry filled ones. You can make meat items in it, too, but we haven't tried that yet.
That looks really neat! I'm such a sucker for kitchen utensils/electronics! I bet you could make nice size meatballs in that. . .or mini meatloafs.
That's actually a really nice idea because you don't need the lining paper for cupcakes yet they wouldn't stick to the pan or be poorly formed.

about a year or two ago and now they are everywhere! I usually use the recipes I found on their site with a very light and fluffy ricotta cheese recipe for the dough and fill it with ffruit spreads and jams. Sometimes I use chocolate chips instead too. They are great and I never need syrup with them because they are so light and airy and fruit filled they are just sweet enough. I've recently begun experimenting with the ingredients and am going to try adding the wheat flour next. Anybody else have recipes for this great pan?
This weekend I used whole wheat flour, cinnamon and cream cheese along with the eggs, milk, splenda, baking powder, baking soda and salt. They tured out very good. I started with the basic buttermilk recipe and added more flour and the other ingredients listed above. I cooked them in olive oil and they turned out light.
