Question Pantothenic Acid or B5

This is my first post.

I recently read that Pantothenic Acid or Vitamin B5 can help with acne if taken at high concentrations. I went to the vitamin store and purchased a bottle. Each tab contains 1000 mgs. I have heard you need to take at least 2500 mgs or 2.5 grams 4 times a day.....seems like a lot to me. I have read that people have done really well with it. Today has been my first day trying it. I didn't quite take as much as they say to.

Has anyone else heard this or tried it??

Okay ~ It has been 3 days and I can definately see an improvement. They say you should notice a difference in your skin within 2 to 3 days and even more in 1 to 2 weeks. So far, it does seems to be making a difference. I also started on Saw palmetto. Not sure which one is making the biggest difference. I hope this continues working.
