Default Parsley Tea and AF??

I'm just wondering if anyone has heard of this and/or tried it? I was googling natural ways to bring on af and came across a recipe for Parsley tea. Apparently it's worked for other women. You boil water and add a handful of fresh or dried parsley and steep for 20-30 minutes, strain and drink. The one woman drank 3-4 cups for one day and got af the next morning. What do you think?

I hasn't worked for me, not even once, and I've tried it several times in the past few years. BUT, it can't do any harm, so I'd recommend to try it anyhow. Good luck!

I have done it... it didn't really work that well, but I did get cramps after drinking it. I have also heard of women putting parsely leaves and bay leaves inside themselves, and I tried the bay leaves once and it did seem to help.

Thank you so much ladies! I'm going to wait a little bit longer before trying something to bring on af now as my temps are possibly indicating ovulation for cd41 so I'll know more in a day or two.

Did I say that?!?!?! I've never missed AF. I just went from 35-day cycles to 28-day (not sure I'd attribute it to parsley tea - especially since I don't recall drinking it for AF...mainly for water retention.)

I do eat a LOT of parsely, however...a LOT.
