I bought this book today because my doctor recommended it to me. He actually keeps one in his office to show his PCOS patients. I hope it's good.

This book was helpful when I was first trying to seriously trying to understand PCOS. I am really looking for something that provides some "new" and innovative information about reversing PCOS. I feel that "managing" is not good enough!

After reading it, it's very good for learning about PCOS but I can see why someone who already is aware of what's going on would be bored by it.

It was a good read. I may pass it on to my mother or DH so they can better understand what's going on with me as well. I have several sisters, they might want to know too.

I agree with most of the replys here. Its a very good introductory book. I had no idea about insulin resistance associated with PCOS. So I found it informative but doesnt advance any prior knowledge on the subject.
