Guys, I just HAVE to share! I've been having SO many problems with panic attacks the last few months. My doc put me on Paxil several months ago for depression AND anxiety, but it just didn't seem to be working. I called her and asked what we could do as far as meds, and she said just to up my Paxil dose, and guess what?? It WORKED. I went from 20mg a day to 30mg, and I've been great ever since. My energy super-spiked on me for a week or so, and I was always bouncing off the walls, but that wore off quickly, and now I feel so great.
Also, I've gotten back into my Faith, and that's helped enormously as well. It seems like now God's on my side, and cheering me on, helping me find a way to make all this easier to deal with. (!!!!) It feels so great to almost feel normal again, like I haven't felt since I was a little kid. *dances on the compy chair*
And.... to boot... I go for my first visit to the endocrinologist on Wednesday. I can't wait. He's sposed to set me up w hormones to start in a month or so, diet, and all that sort of thing. I can't wait to get all this under control. And... awesome news: I'm taking my brother's HOTT best friend out to dinner when I get paid the week after next. It's not really a date, persay, but just as friends. (That doesn't mean I can't hope, though....) I sat down with him in his room last night, and we talked movies and stuff for a while. He has a HUGE dvd collection, and he's gonna let me borrow some, since there's so many I haven't seen. And, oddly enough, we sorta have the same tastes. How cool is that?
Ok, I'm done wasting space on here.... I just had to share how wonderfully things are going right now... That sort of thing doesn't happen for me often, so... Yes. You get a post like this one!

I am SO HAPPY that you found something that worked....I too, am on paxil and it has helped me..... I am so thankful for it. I am also thankful for my faith as well.....it is amazing......
We are blessed to have found something that worked for us!
