PCO's and cysts?

Hello fellow soulcysters,

Just wondering if a person that has ovarian cysts would be diagnosed with Polycistic Ovaries.... (is having cysts and PCO's the same thing??)

Does a person need to be tested to see if they actually have cysts that need to be removed if they have PCO's???... cause I haven't been tested.
