Default PCOS and ANXIETY-

Does anyone here have major anxiety before there period or just through out the month with PCOS?

It's driving me crazy I feel like my mind is going a million miles a minute and I can't rest. Last night I woke up at 2am with anxiety and couldn't get back to sleep till 4am.

I've had lots of issues with anxiety but I found the book "the worry cure" excellent reading and its really decreased my anxiety, nothing will take it away though.

Hi

I get very anxious as a matter of course but yes I do think it gets worse before my period. If it makes sense its worse the cycles that I ovulate so I am fairly sure its hormonal. I think I'll look into that book too. Sounds good.

I just started reading this book- Be Anxious For Nothing by: Joyce Meyer. Man is it good! I'm half way through it, and i feel like I just spent a day at the spa. You can get it on Amazon.

The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook is also a great and easy read with lots of hands on examples.
