 PCOS Article in Consumer Reports On Health
There's a one page article called 'When it's not quite diabetes' by Marvin M. Lipman, M.D. in the December issue of Consumer Reports On Health.
It deals with PCOS and insulin-resistance and points to aerobic exercise and weightloss as major treatments (but also cholesterol lowering drugs and metformin).
It's not very long and doesn't have anything 'new' that most of us don't already know. But I thought I'd post this as more proof that the word is getting out.
